Assalamualaikum sisters and brothers.. Alhamdulillah we're still alive, right? Yeah, Allah loves us, but do we love Him? Hmm, tepuk dada tanya Iman.

Emm, based on the title, "Why we must cover our aurah?"  We always hear about women and hijab and guarding their modesty, so I would like to write a post about 'aurah'.

In the name of Allah Most Gracious and Most Merciful.

First and foremost, what is the meaning of 'Aurah'? Aurah means something that we feel embrassed when we're exposed it. In Islam, covering aurah is compul sory to all muslims wether they are men or women.

For the males, the aurah is the part of body between the navel and knee. While for the women all part of their bodies except their face and hands. Dear women, covering aurah is important. Don't take it too simple. Cause Allah sees you and Malaikat is writing. And men, lowering gaze is also important.

"Tell the believing to lower their gaze (from looking at forbidden things) and protect their private parts (from (illegual sexual acts, etc) That is purer for them. Verily Allah is All-Aware of what they do." [An-Nur 24:30]

Let we see why Islam encourages their believers to cover their aurah. The main reason is to take care the muslims prides. Besides that, when we covering our aurah expecially women, we feel more safety from the bad person or anything bad around us . Hence, we'll live in harmony and peacefully life.

However, muslims nowdays don't understand this 'syariat' (law in Islam) means, they're still thinking Islam is old-fashioned and complicated. That's why criminal cases increase per day in our country. So, when we don't do the simple things propler (follow this law) hence, the bigger thing will happen too us. For examples, when we as a muslims do not cover our aurah properly when we go out, it will affect more bad incidents happen to us such as rape, cases, lesbian, baby dumpings, homosexuality, coupling. These happen because we disobey Allah's rules.

Why we are always comment and critics about Allah's law? Why? This is because we don't understand at all about Islam. And we son't have high confident about Islam teaching. How about we learn it and find it? To gain more confidence and knowledge about it. Don't let shaytan ruin your heart. Besides that, we also can mantain our faith (Imaan). Let we see about this picture and think about it meaning.
